This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns or refunds may be requested.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or leaking product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The package was tampered with upon arrival

Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

2. Conditions for Return Approval

To be eligible, please ensure:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase (Order ID, invoice)

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product are submitted

Without proper evidence, the return request may be rejected.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds usually take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or GoKwik’s settlement cycle

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Products returned without proper packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless defective)

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We will ship a new product once your return is approved

  • In some cases, a pickup of the original item may be required

  • Replacement timelines may vary based on stock availability

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

  • Refund for cancelled orders (before shipping) will be issued within 2–5 business days
